Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee confirmed for Nintendo Switch

After waiting for an update on the new Pokémon games for the Nintendo Switch, The Pokemon Company has finally announced two new main series Pokémon games: Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee.

These two new Pokémon games will also be compatible with the mobile app Pokémon Go where you can send all your Pokémon from Pokémon Go to your game.

Let's go Pikachu and Eevee are based on the 1998 Generation 1 Pokémon Yellow and Pokémon Go.
When you encounter a Pokémon you get 4 new options to choose from"Get Ready" "Items", "Help" and "Run Away" and instead of catching a Pokémon the traditional way by clicking the "A" button to throw a pokéball you'll have to manually throw the pokéball at the pokémon like you do in Pokémon Go.

Since Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee are both based on Gen 1 Pokémon Yellow version  then its more than likely that everything inside this game will have something to do with the anime in the game such as, you'll face team Rocket Jessie, James and Meowth plus Ash and Gary might appear in the game instead of Red and Blue.

Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee wont be Wifi compatible and you wont be able to Obtain more than 151 Pokémon either. Masuda confirmed that you can only trade Pokémon between Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee.

Although you can't go online you can play with your friends and family from your home or on the go with two player, so you can go on a journey with another trainer for the first time ever!

Its also looking like these games wont be compatible with Pokémon Bank and you'll probably not be able to transfer any of the Pokémon caught in these games to future games, though this hasn't been confirmed this is just speculation.

The graphics of Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee look phenomenal and extremely eye catching to a new viewer.  I doubt anyone was expecting it to look this good. It looks like Pokémon Refresh is also making its way into the games too, not to mention customization of Pikachu as well.

Everyone can agree that second mascot for Pokémon Eevee is probably the cutest Pokémon as well as Pikachu (who else agrees?).

Now the Pokémon games Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee will be out on November 16th 2018 with a World Wide release costing between $40 - $60/£40 - £60

As of right now this is all the information on the new Pokémon games at the moment. If you haven't already seen it the trailer will be shown down below. What game will you get I wonder?
